THE STORY
Something has gone wrong at the heart of the main Christmas factory, where the holiday is manufactured for the entire planet. The Perfect Seam Guild — an elite of perfectionist craftspeople — has staged a quiet revolution, reprogramming every system to prove a point: without attention to detail, even a perfect machine fails.
Accounting is in chaos, the workshops have gone absurd, and delivery is about to miss. Your mission is to work through every department of the factory, restore order, and work out what the craftspeople are actually trying to say. None of it can be done alone.
Elf accountants and elf assemblers, both out of their depth. Bartleby, a severe examiner who is not reviewing résumés but reviewing you. The Perfect Seam Guild, watching every decision the team makes. And in the finale, Santa's sleigh, which needs help of its own.
Save Christmas. Or explain to Santa why kids are getting empty boxes.
GAME STAGES
Stage 1
The Lapland accounting office, where Christmas magic goes through a strict financial review. The Guild's perfectionism virus is already inside the central computer: numbers swapped, totals questionable, sabotage buried in the order descriptions. Become the control system — check every payment document against the rules, approve the clean ones, and reject the suspicious ones without hesitating.
Stage 2
In the assembly hall where presents are made, the conveyor's rhythm has been replaced with confusion: the Guild swapped the plans and switched on Absurd Mode. Rush orders land one after another and the stockroom is a heap of parts from different toys. An order comes in — two planes, one doll, three trains — so split the roles, build them out of the parts boxes, pack them, ship them. Then the next one, and it does not stop.
Stage 3
Bartleby is waiting in HR with his arms folded and test papers rather than résumés on the desk. He is not hiring elves; he is assessing your team. Each question comes with a clock, and the team has to discuss, agree and submit one answer. The Guild's leader is watching not only whether you get it right but how you got there. Clear six points and you pass.
Stage 4
The finale is the Lapland logistics department, and the unplanned has happened: part of the load fell out of Santa's sleigh mid-delivery and is now scattered across the world. Help the elves recover the lost presents and get them back into the sleigh, then plan delivery routes across offices worldwide so every gift lands on time.

MAKE IT YOURS
Three add-ons, $500 each. Take any, take all three.
TYPE 1
Your departments map to the four North Pole departments — your real CFO becomes Head of Accounting, your real Head of People becomes Head of HR. Recognizable enough to land laughs, gentle enough not to embarrass anyone.
TYPE 2
In the Production stage, the toy options reference your actual product line. The "hit toy" is themed to your annual roadmap or one of your real product launches.
TYPE 3
The Accounting stage uses your actual year-end financial framing — 'cookie jar' becomes 'OpEx', 'gifts shipped' becomes 'units delivered'. Pulls double-duty as a year-in-review for the team.
